After nearly 10 years of editing Automotive Engineer, William joins Race Tech magazine as the Editor. However, he is not lacking in motorsports journalism having been Deputy Editor at Motor Sport magazine as well as responsible for the Kimberley Grand Prix Team Guides in the 1980s. He was the winner of the 1997 Jet Media Excellence Award for technical writing and received a special Delphi award for technical publishing in 1999. He is also responsible for the launch of Bernoulli, the quarterly magazine on racecar aerodynamics.

As Publishing Director, Soheila heads the team which produces Race Tech, Bernoulli and the soon to be published Moto Tech magazine. She has an extensive background in publishing having been involved in Kimberley's Publishers that produced the Kimberley Grand Prix Team Guides and the original "Ford that beat Ferrari" book that has since become a collector's item. Following a spell with Motor Sport magazine, Soheila has been involved with Race Tech from the very beginning.
