Evolution Measurement, the company behind EvoScann, has launched the EvoScann P4-A, a pioneering micro-miniature pressure scanner engineered to meet the exacting demands of aerodynamicists conducting on-vehicle validation.
Around the size of a British Pound, the scanner measures just 20mm x 20mm x 5mm, and is the smallest pressure scanner commercially available and is the latest addition to the EvoScann P-Series, renowned as the industry’s most compact and rugged digital pressure scanners designed specifically for on-vehicle testing for land, air or sea. This tiny 4-channel instrument sets a new benchmark by quickly delivering high-fidelity pressure data directly from the vehicle’s CANbus network to a webserver.
Built for the harsh realities of track-side and on-car environments, with an operational temperature range of -20°C to +135°C, its ultra-compact, fully encapsulated design allows for seamless integration into tight spaces on wings, diffusers, and other critical aerodynamic surfaces where traditional sensors simply cannot fit.
