While Formula E and the nascent Electric GT series are providing some motorsport technology companies the opportunity to strut their stuff and do what they are good at, which is rapidly developing new processes and technologies, in the overall scheme of things as far as the motorsport industry is concerned, it's pretty small beer stuff.
